We collect the following information when you use Loomia: account information (name, email), service usage data (videos generated, active plan), payment information processed by Stripe, and Telegram integration data (Chat ID).
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments and billing, communicate with you about your account, send service notifications, and comply with legal obligations.
Images you submit are processed to generate videos and may be temporarily stored during the process. Generated videos are stored in your account until you delete them. We do not use your images or videos to train AI models nor do we share them with third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: Stripe for payment processing, Telegram for bot integration, and infrastructure providers to host the service. All our providers are subject to confidentiality agreements.
